Fendi Château Residences is the first luxury condominium collaboration between a fashion powerhouse, Fendi, and a real estate developer, Château Group. The 12-story high property will be located in Surfside and will offer 58 apartments and penthouses.
Real estate power broker Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman was honored at a VIP affair hosted by Fendi Château Residences. During the exclusive event, Leavitt took part in a Q&A lead by Principal of Tara, Ink., Tara Solomon.
The former cast member of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Miami has become a staple in the New York City and Miami real estate markets through his commendable sales records and professional excellence in the field. He is also known for being responsible for the “largest condominium sale in the history of Florida.”
