Fendi Château Residences Hosts VIP Event Honoring Chris Leavitt

Fendi Château Residences is the first luxury condominium collaboration between a fashion powerhouse, Fendi, and a real estate developer, Château Group. The 12-story high property will be located in Surfside and will offer 58 apartments and penthouses.

Real estate power broker Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman was honored at a VIP affair hosted by Fendi Château Residences. During the exclusive event, Leavitt took part in a Q&A lead by Principal of Tara, Ink., Tara Solomon.
