Miami Real Estyle – The Auberge Residences & Spa Miami Reveals Design Sales Center with Sneak Peek of Cirkopolis

By Gisel Habibnejad Photography by World Red Eye Renderings Courtesy of Auberge Residences & Spa Miami The Related Group proudly unveiled the Auberge Residences & Spa Miami’s new sales center designed by Piero with an intimate celebration. The commencement included a sneak peek of Cirque Éloise’s Cirkopolis presented by Adrienne Arsht Center, which included introductions by the development team. The short discussion involved Jon Paul Pérez, who shared his first experience as a lead developer of a luxury condominium project through Auberge Miami, and President of the Related Group’s Condo Division Carlos Rosso discussed his excitement for the project being located in the always-growing Art & Entertainment district. Among the attendees were Raimundo Onetto, Rodrigo Gana, and Henry Pino of Alta Developers. Auberge Miami will include a collection of 290 luxury condominiums of 11-ft ceiling heights with private elevator access, 90 designer suites, four duplex penthouses, and a limited collection of sky penthouses. The property will be comprised of resort-style amenities, such as a golf simulator, cigar lounge, private yoga and Pilates studio, wine room, one-year membership to the Key Biscayne Beach Club, sky pool with an observatory on the 60th-floor rooftop, and much more. Several artistic designs are housed throughout starting with the lobby designed by Piero Lissoni, outdoor spaces by Enzo Enea, a 40-foot tall ‘Awilda’ by artist Jaume Plensa, ‘Sphere in Rouge’ by Julio Le Parc, and features created by Arquitectonica. In addition, residents will be able to indulge in the Auberge Resorts Collection–their acclaimed culinary and hospitality brand. The Auberge Miami will be the first residential location to host this exclusive staple. Located nearby is the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), AmericanAirlines Arena, and the Miami Design District.
