Fendi Château Residences: World-Class Living with Waterfront Views

Fendi Château Residences will be located in Surfside, occupying three acres of oceanfront property. “Surfside is becoming the new Bal Harbour. The Residences will not only offer world-class living, but direct access to an upscale urban retail and dining environment,” says Manuel Grosskopf, President of Château Group. The 12-story building will house 58 luxury condominiums and penthouses with 10 to 11 foot-high ceilings ranging from 3,325 to over 7,000 square feet each featuring panoramic views of the ocean. Corner residences will feature wraparound terraces with summer kitchens. FENDI Casa in collaboration with Fanny Haim will curate interiors of the living spaces. In addition, Luxury Attaché will provide concierge services for the residents. Introduced as the Fendi Château Attaché, powered by Luxury Attaché, it will include five-star white glove service for the residents. The service is customized and exclusive to the Residences and will be tailored to each resident, ensuring a personalized experience. As part of this concierge service, they will assist any requirements and arrangements to make sure all needs are met. Amenities include but are not limited to reservations at notable new restaurants; exclusive access to high-end nightclubs, bars, and lounges; tickets to shows, sporting events, and concerts; and access to fashion shows, award ceremonies, and movie premieres. As for travelling, customized itineraries are compiled, along with scheduling of private and commercial air and ground transportation, and hotel accommodations with complimentary upgraded perks. The outdoor living spaces will visually transport residents from Miami to international cities with its stunning design. Lush gardens of tropical plants and cypress trees surround ponds overlooking the sea creating the perfect Zen space to relax and meditate. Residents will not only be living in luxury, they will also experience it firsthand. Such amenities include elevator access for private foyers of all residences, private cinema and business and media center, gated entrance with 24-hour security, Shabbat elevators, private restaurant with full Chef kitchen for casual and formal dining, two outdoor swimming pools, two reflective pools, poolside cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, and private spa, and much more. The 12-story high property will be located in Surfside and will offer 58 apartments and penthouses. Real estate power broker Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman was honored at a VIP affair hosted by Fendi Château Residences. During the exclusive event, Leavitt took part in a Q&A lead by Principal of Tara, Ink., Tara Solomon. The former cast member of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Miami has become a staple in the New York City and Miami real estate markets through his commendable sales records and professional excellence in the field. He is also known for being responsible for the “largest condominium sale in the history of Florida.”

Monica Venegas – Featured Power Broker of Miami’s Luxury Real Estate

This year the Wealth Report, issued by the London-based real estate consultancy firm Knight Frank, placed Miami in sixth place of the most important global cities for the wealthy. The demand for the Miami lifestyle and its growing influence on the world stage is attracting wealthy buyers and investors seeking the best money can buy. At the forefront of this growth is the Venegas International Group, a Miami-based international boutique real estate company that specializes in luxury acquisitions, project development, marketing, and property management services. It’s a boutique building with 58 flow-through private residences in 300-lineal feet of ocean front.” When complete, residents will enjoy amenities such as an attaché lifestyle with white glove service, amenities such as a private restaurant, kids club, screening room, a spa with an indoor European thermal pool, doorman, and much more. Venegas International Group was also responsible for the sold out Château Beach Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. This stunning 33-story ocean front property has 84 units priced from $1.5 million up to $25 million for the 9,050 sq ft, two-story penthouses. Some of the post amenities include a wine lounge, cigar bar, and indoor and outdoor wellness facility, and a private swimming pool. She has been part of the success of these two properties, consulting developers with her expertise in the marketing and sales of developments. With this, the success of these two properties doesn’t really come as a surprise to Venegas. She has seen Miami’s real estate market evolve over the years. “I’ve been a part of Miami’s history. Miami was once a small town and now it’s a cosmopolitan city on the world’s radar,” said Venegas. “As a result, Miami has become one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world and there is an increasing number of clientele looking for the high-end lifestyle.” Thus, the Venegas International Group has worked hard to expand its global presence to meet the demands of international investors from new markets. “Europe used to be a strong market. Now the Middle East and Asia, especially China, are the markets that are most looking to invest in both residential and commercial real estate. Living with Style – FENDI Château Residences

Miami luxury developer Château Group and FENDI, the Italian luxury house, have joined forces to build this new high-end development located just a few blocks south of the world renowned Bal Harbour Shops. Slated to be completed in the summer of 2016, FENDI Château Residences is the first branded real estate project globally for the FENDI Company, and as of December, is already 50% sold. “We are pleased to bring FENDI Château Residences to the Miami market place. The residences will allow residents to savor the pulsating life of Miami with its avant-garde art and design culture, as well as its sandy beaches and lush surroundings,” said Manuel Grosskopf, Château Group President. On December 2nd during Art Basel, the building ’s sales center held a special event to showcase a full model residence where invited guests had the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the FENDI Château living experience. Every single detail was accounted for; the ultra modern kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, the elegant accessories, and the Italian marble finished bathrooms, were all depicted exactly as they will be when the building is complete.
