Priced at $105 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will have a choice of an appetizer, entree accompanied by a trio of farm fresh side dishes and a dessert from the restaurant’s coveted daily menu. Special on the menu in celebration of the holiday, a Wood-Grilled Free Range Turkey with cornbread-foie gras stuffing, tangerine cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, cider glazed yams and black truffle gravy. Available for dine-in from 12PM until 8PM and priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe gives guests the choice of an appetizer, followed by Thanksgiving dinner for the table and an indulgent dessert platter. Appetizer options include Roasted Pumpkin Bisque with dried pears, cinnamon cream, sage and toasted pine nuts; Salad of Fall Leaves with roasted beets, caramelized apples, pecans, blue cheese and maple dressing; and Prosciutto & Figs with compressed melons, feta, baby arugula and balsamic dressing.
