Celebrating 15 years, the Food Network & Cooking Channel presents the Wine and Food Festival Presented by FOOD & WINE (SOBEWFF) on February 24-26, 2016. The signature white tents are perfectly nestled and stretched on the sands of South Beach and are there to provide the most glorious tastes for the ultimate foodies.
February 24, 2015: On the first day of the festival, a new edition is added to the mix with the Festival’s new Taste For Lauderdale Series with Seaside Eats hosted by Robert Irvine at the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. The series will have a selection of intimate dinner experiences that are being held in various Fort Lauderdale restaurants featuring renowned chefs with a variety of culinary personalities.
February 25, 2015: Kicking off this day will commence with Barilla’s Italian Bites on the beach house by Emmy Award-Winning Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis. Thirty of the nation’s best chefs will be there to take attendees on a delicious tour of true and authentic Italian samples that are also accompanied by Folonari and Campari Italian spirits.
February 26, 2015: The Amstel Light Burger Bash, a fan-favorite, is presented by Schweird & Sons hosted by Rachael Ray after 10 years. This event will bring the country’s leading burger experts to come together to construe scrumptious and burgerlicious combinations in order to compete for top honors.

- Midnight Breakfast hosted by Chrissy Teigen & Fireman Derek
- Dessert Party hosted by Duff Goldman

- Like Water for Chocolate Screening & Conversation with Screenwriter Laura Esquivel
Not only are you enjoying a bite, but you are also helping the student of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management because all the proceeds from the festival benefit their program. To date, the festival has raised more than $22 million for the school.
